With the number of children being drawn towards the arts, living their lives in intensely competitive environs, or having large money riding on their talent, we are faced with their vulnerability and potential for exploitation. What are the rights of children in India and what are the rights of child artistes? How can we ensure a safe, non exploitative and nurturing environment for them? These and related questions are part of the 7th and final session in the Bangla series on Arts and the Law on 14th August at 6pm.
