Our next session in the Arts and the Law series in Bengali - Kala ebam Ain - focuses on Intellectual Property Rights and includes issues like Plagiarism and Copyright. It discusses the rights of creative people and how the law protects them. The pandemic has made us contemplate many issues of arts' intersections with the Law of which copyright and Plagiarism are amongst the most important.
