August 13th, 2012- Inauguration of Dasham Dakshinam, the thanksgiving series to mark the start of the tenth year of the life off Kri Foundation, with the performance of “Mad and Divine” a Bharatnatyam performance by eminent dancer Rama Vaidyanathan, based on the writings of 13th century Marathi Bhakti poet, Janabai and 14th century Kashmiri saint poetess, Lal Ded. Chief Guest, Mr. Palam Raju, Hon’ble Minister for HRD, Government of India.

26th August, 2012- Film showing of two films on dance by film maker, photographer and scholar Benoy K. Behl- “The Celestial Dances of Manipur” and “Sacred Buddhist Dances” at India Habitat Centre. Chief Guest: Dr. Karan Singh, Member of Parliament and President ICCR

27th August, 2012- Illustrated talk by film maker, photographer and scholar Benoy K. Behl on “Images of Compassion” drawing from his path breaking low lux photography of the Ajanta murals and the values and ethics of Indian civilization, for the prisoners of Tihar Jail.

21st September, 2012- Drug and HIV Prevention talk with special emphasis on Drugs and the law, with students of Jindal Law University, Sonepat

13th – 23rd October, 2012- Invited to Montreal by Kala Bharati Foundation to help in Legacy planning and visit to the Vincent warren dance Library of Montreal, to learn about its Indian and global archives.
